Consuela Alfaro is a single mother raising two children
in the small town of El Chino. Because she doesn't own any land,
she works as a day laborer, sometimes getting a job for two weeks at a
stretch...other times not at all. She supplements her small income
by catching fish at a nearby lake. (El Salvador)
