When
Hurricane Mitch ravaged El Salvador several years ago, Manuel’s
community was damaged, including his land, corn crop and home.
Lutheran World Relief and local partners assisted Manuel in
building a corn dryer that keeps his corn from rotting and protects it
from rodents. Manuel is holding some of his healthy, dry corn stored in
the dryer. (El Salvador)
